Why Mail-In Repair Is a Pain
A lot of people’s first instinct is to mail the phone to Apple. It works, but there’s a catch: you’re looking at several days, sometimes a week or more, without your device. For most people, that’s not just inconvenient. It’s a real problem.
Your phone is your alarm clock, your map, your camera, your everything. Don’t go a week without it when you don’t have to!
